Brief:Single Storey Extension

This project would see a complete transformation at the side of the property, with a large new extension added to create a fantastic new multi use space for Peter and Carol to enjoy. Peter wanted to construct this by building an extension onto the side of his home, creating another room and downstairs shower room for his wife.It is worth saying they both had an eye for detail and were very involved in the design with the architect

Having already been quoted for the work by two other companies, our team visited the property to conduct a full assessment and provide an appropriate price following contact by their architect. The Uptons were happy to go ahead with our quote which came out very competitively.

The extension began in July and took a total of just over 12 weeks to complete, on schedule.

The main feature of this extension is the glazed triangle on the gable end which creates a great form of light for the shower room and gave a contemporay feel to the new multi use room.

Mr and Mrs Upton were absolutely thrilled with the final results, commenting on our professional approach to the project and attention to detail throughout.

Our team helped to complete this project with all painting, flooring, wiring and plumbing requirements that included a new boiler and outside lights. The family were left absolutely delighted with the final results and they can now start enjoying this fabulous new living space for many years to come.
